A Prayer for Grandparents

Lord, thank you for our grandmothers and grandfathers, who fill our lives and hearts with Your love. We are truly blessed to have them. Please watch over and guide them  as they look after our families. In Christ’s name we pray.  Amen.

Special Collection Next Weekend- Seaman Center

** We will have a special collection next weekend, September 19th / 20th for the Seaman Center. This collection is to support the diocesan apostleship of the Sea. It provides the seamen opportunities to attend Mass and receive the sacraments. Please be generous in your support.

Hurricane Laura Relief


The Biloxi Fire Department is also collecting donations at the Public Safety Center, the Bay Vista Station on Pass Road, and Cedar Popp’s station on Popp’s Ferry Road. They are requesting cleaning supplies, toiletries, tarps, sunscreen, canned goods, paper towels, batteries and gift cards. Supplies are due by Sunday evening. They will deliver items to Cameron Parish, Louisiana on Tuesday, September 8th.


The Knights of Peter Claver, Council # 25 are collecting water, cleaning supplies, diapers, personal hygiene, gift cards, etc. for Hurricane Laura relief. All donations must be dropped off at the parish office no later than Thursday, September 10th. The Knights will be making a trip to Lake Charles on Saturday, September 12th. Please continue to keep them in your prayers.
