WHAT TO EXPECT AS WE LOOK FORWARD TO REOPENING OF OUR PARISH

  1. The health and safety of our parishioners is important to us. We pray for good health and
    protection for all.
  2. We will continue to offer the live-streaming of Masses on Sundays.
  3. General dispensation from the Sunday obligation will remain until we hear otherwise from the Bishop (which means that our elderly and the sick are encouraged to stay at home and participate in the Mass through live-streaming.)
  4. Face masks are mandated for all who come to church (from age 2.)
  5. Social distancing of 6 feet (except among family /household units) will be kept in and around the church.
  6. Hand sanitizers will be made available at the entrances of the church.
  7. Pews, including tops, seats and kneelers, will be sanitized after every Mass.

****Prayer for Vocations****

O God, Father of all Mercies, Provider of a bountiful Harvest, send Your Graces upon those You have called to gather the fruits of Your labor; preserve and strengthen them in their lifelong service of you.  Open the hearts of Your children
that they may discern Your Holy Will; inspire in them a love
and desire to surrender themselves to serving others in the name of Your son, Jesus Christ.  Through the intercession of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, all the Angels, and Saints, humbly hear our prayers and grant Your Church’s needs, through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Psalms 23:1-6

Lord, You are my shepherd so I will lack nothing. You restore my soul! You  lead me on the right path because it is Your nature to do so. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not fear because You  are with me. I thank You for equipping me with Your rod and Your staff so that I can be comforted. You anoint my head with oil and ensure that my cup (my portion) runs over with abundance! Thank You for this good shepherd Sunday and for Your goodness and mercies all the days of my life, Amen!

MOTHER’S DAY MASS CARDS

The Mother’s Day Mass cards are in the back of the church. They are also available in the office. Please write the name of the mother being honored on the large envelope and place your donation inside. Keep the card and smaller envelope to send to the person for whom the Mass is being celebrated.
If you are honoring a deceased mother, please use the “In Memory of a Mother” envelope.

** Please return the large envelope with the names so the Mass intentions may be kept on the altar during the month of May.
